Whitney Leavitt has big plans after her reality TV exit!

During a May 15 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star, 33, opened up about her decision to step away from Hulu's hit reality series after its fifth season.

“It's been about four years of my life,” Leavitt told host Kelly Clarkson, 44, acknowledging that she was notorious for distancing herself from her other castmates over the occasional disagreement.

“Every time I left, it wasn't with gratitude,” she continued. “But this time it is. It just feels like a chapter that's closing in my life. My cup is full, and it just feels like it's time. So I'm excited.”

Clarkson responded by asking what her next chapter entailed, to which Leavitt replied with her big announcement: “I've started a production company!”

Leavitt also shared the announcement with a post on Instagram, writing, "SECRET’S OUT!!!!!! 👀👀👀 ‘Leavitt Media House’ Production has officially launched and we’re working on something big!!!!!!!!!"

After making her debut on Mormon Wives in 2024, Leavitt has parlayed her reality TV fame into several other gigs in the entertainment industry.

Last year, she and pro partner Mark Ballas twirled their way to a semi-finalist finish in the 34th season of Dancing with the Stars. And in February, Leavitt made her Broadway debut by kicking off a record-breaking run as the iconic Roxie Hart in Chicago. She was extended twice, and the show notched the musical's highest-weekly sales in its 29-year history with her at the helm.

“It felt like a fever dream,” said Leavitt, recounting her Broadway experience to Clarkson. “It was always something I wanted in my life, but it just never felt tangible. It never felt possible. So the chance that I got to do that and like to have  all this support — it was life-changing.”
