Fans reportedly claimed that the pop idol had dropped hints about her future projects in it. On September 22, Swift posted about her new single, “Patient Zero.” “I’ve been impatiently waiting to tell you that my brand new single “Patient Zero” will be out on September 25,” the caption read.

Taylor Swift’s fans claimed her “Opalite” video had hints about “Patient Zero” and “The Encore.” Since she posted about her new single, the Grammy winner has shared two more posts online. She surprised Swifties by announcing an expanded edition of her 12th studio album. “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore including four new songs is out on Friday,” the caption read.
On September 24, Swift shared a sneak peek of her upcoming single. It starred her, Dakota Johnson, and Colin Farrell, revealing that the full video will be released at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs). After receiving back-to-back treats, fans searched for clues in her previous works. They found 4 Easter eggs in the “Opalite” music video, according to PEOPLE.

The first clue appeared in a scene where a panel of four judges held up a score paddle showing “0.” According to some TikTok users, the number hinted at the singer’s new single title. Moreover, the scene might also point towards four new tracks of “The Encore.” Furthermore, “The Life of a Showgirl” track also featured a person named Kevin in a movie box office. A poster saying, “PATIENT FOR THE ENCORE,” behind him gave a lot away.
Meanwhile, fans also found clues in her latest Emmys skit with Mariska Hargitay. In one scene, Swift dived into her thoughts and said something gibberish, unrelated to their “case.” She said, “Saccharide. Aries. From the vineyard. North or south.” According to the outlet, fans pointed out that these words hinted at “Encore,” Johnson, and Farrell.
