There’s a new Little Maxxinista on the way!

As a Maxxinista herself, soon-to-be mom Grace Gilbert-Wilmath, 25, celebrated her baby girl on the way with a TJ Maxx-themed shower earlier this month.

Gilbert’s good friend and party planner, Abby Dawson, 27, put together the event at the Reynolds Cancer Support House in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on Sept. 13. Family and friends gathered to celebrate Gilbert-Wilmath alongside some nods to her favorite discount department store.

“The theme was my idea,” shares Dawson. “I knew that Grace loved shopping at TJ Maxx and that her little girl absolutely would too. The ‘maxxinista’ theme just fit perfectly.”

Dawson tells PEOPLE that when it came to decor for the party, she wanted ot keep it all “classy and pretty, while adding in subtle nods to the TJ Maxx theme.”

“We started with a color palette of red and white and added in pops of pink to make it girly,” she continues. “I ordered the shopping cart off of Amazon and my co-planners (Krystina Israel and Brooklyn Medlock) helped gather miscellaneous decorations/flowers and helped me put it all together.”

While Dawson loved the shopping cart and welcome sign, she says her ultimate favorite part was seeing Gilbert-Wilmath and her baby on the way be “celebrated and showered.”

Dawson says she was “definitely surprised” by how many people loved seeing the video from the TJ Maxx-themed shower, and it made her “proud” of all the hard work she put into it.

“ I was so proud of the shower and loved creating something so personal to my friend. It was so gratifying to see how many other people loved it too,” she adds.

Gilbert-Wilmath, who is currently 37 weeks pregnant with a baby girl she plans to name Collins Elizabeth, tells PEOPLE that her love for TJ Maxx started from a young age.

“I might be one of TJ Maxx’s biggest fans! From a young age, my mom instilled in me a love for fashion and having a great sense of style,” she says. “I’ve always loved being asked, ‘Where did you get your outfit?’ and nine times out of ten, my answer is TJ Maxx!”

Once baby Collins arrives, Gilbert-Wilmath says she can’t wait to bring her shopping.

“I have a feeling Collins’ first outing after she’s born may very well be a trip to TJ Maxx,” she shares.

Gilbert-Wilmath further notes, “She’ll undoubtedly be dressed to the nines for every occasion—big or small—in true Maxxinista fashion.”

“I’m also looking forward to treating myself to a little fall and winter wardrobe refresh after she arrives,” she continues. “It’s never too early to start a love for the thrill of the find!”
