Nicole Kidman took a style cue from her Practical Magic character, Gillian Owens.
While promoting the film’s upcoming sequel, Kidman wore a boho-coded maxidress.
The semi-sheer Zimmermann design featured bell sleeves and lace trim.
Nicole Kidman’s latest look is giving Gillian Owens a run for her money. As she continues promoting Practical Magic 2, the actress went full boho chic in a new Instagram post.
On August 31, photos shared by hairstylist Adir Abergel depicted Kidman in a semi-sheer paisley dress. Her high-neck Zimmermann maxi also featured dramatic bell sleeves and lace trim. Kidman’s waist-length strawberry blonde hair was styled with full fringe, similar to her character in the original film, while her makeup consisted of bronze eyeshadow, pink blush, and nude lip liner.

Kidman and Sandra Bullock reprise their roles as Gilly and Sally Owens in the sequel to 1998’s Practical Magic, which comes out on September 10. Stockard Channing and Dianne Wiest also return to the franchise, while Maisie Williams and Joey King round out the main cast.
Last month, Kidmanbriefly went platinum blonde as she attended the premiere of Lioness in New York City.

The Big Little Lies alum walked the red carpet in a sleeveless, 1920s-inspired top by Fendi. She layered the embroidered mesh piece, which featured a drop-waist silhouette, over a pair of ivory pleated trousers, completing her look with open-toe heels and a dainty gold watch.
Kidman currently works with stylist Jason Bolden, who also counts Cynthia Erivo, Cara Delevingne, and Channing Tatum as clients.

As for her hair, the Oscar winner rocked platinum hair with a shadow root, while her curtain bangs were trimmed just below her cheekbones.
The last time that Kidman went this light was back in October 2025, when she spoke at the Texas Conference for Women in Austin. She paired a sleeveless zip-up dress with bleached waves, accessorizing her Schiaparelli frock with black ankle-strap pumps, and gold rings.
