Michael Shannon and Christy Bush are reportedly married

The actor and the photographer tied the knot earlier this month in Athens, Georgia, according to Page Six

Both Shannon and Bush were both previously married and have children from their past relationships

Michael Shannon is married.

The actor, 52, reportedly said “I do” to photographer Christy Bush. The couple tied the knot in Athens, Georgia, earlier this month after obtaining a marriage license on July 23, Page Six reports.

Sources told the outlet that the ceremony took place in Bush’s hometown, with “famous friends and industry people” in attendance.

Reps for Shannon and Bush did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.

This is the second marriage for the newlyweds.

Shannon married Kate Arrington in 2017, and they quietly divorced in 2022, according to Page Six. The former couple share two daughters: Sylvia, born in 2008, and Marion, born in 2014.

Meanwhile, Bush was previously married to Interpol drummer Sam Fogarino. They share daughter Francesca, born in 2009.

It’s unclear when the Death by Lightning star and Bush started dating and got engaged, however, the pair have attended a few public events together, including Paris Fashion Week in January.
