Kylie Kelce revealed the special person who helped her during her journey to motherhood.
On the Thursday, March 26 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the mom of four, 34, sat down with her OBGYN, Dr. Joan Devine, and opened up about her postpartum experience. During the conversation, Kylie, who shares her four daughters with husband Jason Kelce, shared that her doctor's support helped her through one of the hardest moments in her life — experiencing a miscarriage.
"I truly don't think that I would have had the courage to try again so quickly had you not handled that with such care. And I'm sure that as an OB, it is something that you have to help women deal with on a very regular basis more often than I think any of us would like to have happen," she told Dr. Devine. "But, that experience and the way that you handled that and the way you helped me through that was something that like has has helped me go on to then have four kids because you made it clear that it was nothing that I did.""You were gentle in the way that you delivered the news," she continued. "The way that you very rationally, because you knew how I was as a patient, laid out the options and said, 'You don't have to decide right this minute.' [You] gave me all the information I needed, and then helped me by basically saying like, 'You can walk right out of the office. You don't stop at the desk. You just keep going.'"
The doting mom went on to reveal that her husband wasn't there at the time, explaining she'll always have the "deepest love" for Dr. Devine because of her support."It's so hard. Those moments are difficult for us. We feel it for each patient," Dr. Devine replied. "I'm glad I could be there for you on that day."
While wiping away her tears, Kylie shared her wish for every expecting mother, before continuing to praise Dr. Devine, whom she affectionately calls her "soul OB."
"I hope everyone finds their soul OB the way I have found my soul OBs. They're my soul OBs because they're mine and I love them," Kylie said. "That experience could have been so much more traumatic. And I still remember not crying in the office and you looking at me like, 'You can cry now.' And I don't know that I did until I got outside, but the way that you handled that situation was something that made it — as if I didn't already know — even more clear that I was in the right hands to go through the process of building our family."
From her miscarriage to her four births, Kylie shared that Dr. Devine has been "affirming all the way through," adding how grateful she is for her doctor and care team.

"Going from that experience to going through four birth plans with you has been like just affirming all the way through," she said. "And, it makes me feel for women who don't have this incredible of a support system in their journey. But, I am very, very, very grateful for you and the rest of the team."
In response, Dr. Devine told Kylie that it's been an "honor" to be able to support her during her motherhood journey.
“Oh, Kylie, thank you so much," Dr. Devine said. "It’s been such an honor to be, you know, here for you, and I mean never could I imagine some of the fun things we’ve been through.”

Elsewhere in the episode, she spoke about how her three older daughters, Bennett, 2, Elliotte, 4, and Wyatt, 6, have been connecting with their baby sister Finnley, who was born in March 2025.
"Ellie and Finny are best friends. Ellie actually told me, oh no. Benny told me the other day...this is a big deal. Big deal. Benny told me the other day that her and Finny were gonna be best friends," Kylie shared.
"Now it was 'were' going to be best friends. So, it's future tense," she continued. "And so I think we're not quite there yet, but she has figured out how to make Finn laugh. And as with grown adults, it's the same with children. When they make a baby laugh, they feel as though that is an accomplishment, as it is."
