ST. PETERSBURG, FL - Jacob Misiorowski left Game 5 of the World Series in the bottom of the sixth inning after appearing to hurt his right leg.
The Brewers ace grabbed his leg had a trainer visit then walked off under his own power. JoJo Romero replaced him with Milwaukee leading 4-0
Misiorowski's line: 5 2/3, two hits, one walk and two strikeouts. He did not give up a run.

He has had trouble with that leg before. He left three starts with right leg cramping: a June 2025 start against St. Louis with right calf and quad cramps, a May 1 start against Washington after 5 1/3 hitless innings with a right hamstring cramp, and a May 13 start against San Diego with a right quad cramp after seven scoreless innings and 10 strikeouts. After the San Diego start, he said it was the same issue as before and he'd be fine.
The Brewers haven't said what caused it tonight.
