How far Ole Miss rose in college baseball polls after Texas A&M series win
Ole Miss baseball is back on the rise in the USA TODAY coaches poll.
The Rebels (34-18, 14-13 SEC) are up four spots to No. 19 in this week's poll after winning their series 2-1 over then-No. 7 Texas A&M. They're still No. 13 in the RPI, the same spot they were in last week.
The Rebels bounced back from an 18-5 blowout in Game 2 to win Game 3 in the back half of a doubleheader 6-5 and take the series.
Next up for Ole Miss is a midweek matchup with UT Martin on May 12 (6 p.m. CT, SEC Network) followed by a three-game series at No. 16 Alabama (35-17, 16-11) on May 14-16 to close out the regular season.
