Heather Graham knows beauty is pain.

Graham, 56, recently shared her current beauty regimen, including her perspective on cosmetic procedures. The Boogie Nights star said she has undergone a number of noninvasive treatments including microneedling, Botox injections, and lasers. She is hesitant about going under the knife, although she admitted she hasn't ruled the option out for the future.

“I don’t want to look freaky,” she joked in a recent interview with Us Weekly. “My goal is to look natural.”

The Hangover actress shared that she stopped using filler because she "just didn't want" it anymore. Graham might be open to a facelift one day, although she admitted some results again look "freaky."

Graham said she's grateful for more "halfway steps" in the anti-aging beauty space in recent years. She has tried less invasive tightening procedures that use radio frequencies and ultrasounds. Still, she admitted her treatments aren't painless.

“Some of those laser treatments are torture,” she said. “Like, an hour and a half of your face getting blasted.”

While she dabbles in anti-aging procedures, Graham believes that it's important to embrace the aging process. She said, "It looks better to be getting slightly older" rather than "looking like you had some kind of weird plastic surgery.”

As for the recent uptick in GLP-1 usage in Hollywood, Graham is skeptical about the so-called miracle drug that people are using for weight loss. The Austin Powers star said she opts to focus on exercise and diet instead.

“It seems like some people love it and I can totally see the appeal,” she said of Ozempic. “But I feel fearful people haven’t been taking it long enough to know if there are bad side effects.”

The They Will Kill You star revealed that she has an inside-out approach to beauty. Beyond the surface maintenance, Graham emphasized the importance of inner work. An avid yogi and meditation enthusiast, Graham finds the practices grounding and stress relieving. She is also a big proponent of rest, getting 10 to 11 hours of sleep in a night.

This peaceful practice stands in stark contrast to Graham's upcoming role as Sharon, a murderous Satanic cultist, in the comedy-horror They Will Kill You. The film premieres on March 27.
