Harry Shum Jr. confirmed his fly was down during the entirety of his week 2 performance on Dancing With the Stars.

The Grey’s Anatomy actor reshared a fan comment indicating that his zipper wasn’t all the way up on set.

Shum and partner Jenna Johnson performed the Viennese waltz during the competition’s “Viral Hits Night.”

Grey’s Anatomy actor Harry Shum Jr. has confirmed that he nearly gave viewers a peek at his own anatomy during week 2 ofDancing With the Stars.

The 44-year-old actor and current DWTS contestant replied to a fan’s observation about his zipper being down during his entire “Viral Hits Night” performance of the Viennese waltz — soundtracked by the Goo Goo Dolls’ iconic hit, “Iris.”

“Anyone notice Harry’s fly was down during his dance?” a fan wrote online. “I reran it just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. But it was. How does that happen?”

Shum Jr. later replied on his Instagram Story, where he reshared the message and wrote, “Yes” next to the original text.

The actor and his dance partner, Jenna Johnson, 32, scored an 18 for the performance, which judge Carrie Ann Inaba reacted to by telling Shum Jr. to “zip it up,” in terms of his work — though it remains unclear if the quip was also a jab at his fly.

“You can boo me, that’s okay,” Inaba said as the audience groaned over her critique. “You can boo as long as you vote!”

And vote, they did. Shum Jr. and Johnson advanced to week 3, while Giada De Laurentiis was ultimately eliminated following a tense exchange with dance partner Alan Bersten during preparation for their set.

Shum Jr.’s fly wasn’t the only thing that caught fans’ attention on Tuesday night’s episode, as the actor let out a scream (at around 1:55 in the video above) that later went viral online.

Johnson referred to it on TikTok as the “scream that was heard around the world,” after Shum Jr. performed it on the air.

“Obviously there were still 14 couples left in the competition, our packages were so short,” Johnson explained in her video. “Harry and I had discussed this beautiful meaning behind the piece, and unfortunately there was no time to show everything that we had discussed.”

Per the dance pro, the on-camera couple talked about incorporating “so much yearning” in the waltz they performed, and merged that in the moment with “our anxiety” over the performance.

Johnson said that her dance partner asked her, “‘What does it feel like when you’re about to break? What do you want to do?’ And I was like, ‘Honestly, I just want to scream. Scream into a pillow, scream in my car. When you’re at that point where everything feels like it’s in your chest, the best way to release it is just breathing out and yelling.’”
