Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are just a month into their fresh start in the UK and the pair are already facing problems. After a turbulent past six years, the couple has kept a low profile since their return, largely staying out of the spotlight.
The Sussexes must have been worried about how the huge move would go, especially for their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. Archie, 7, and Lilibet, 5, are just young children, yet they are at the center of a security scare at their new school.
Two young men carrying backpacks, who are believed to be international paparazzi, are understood to have been seen by both private security and school staff near the children's school. This comes as Markle is planning to release an $148 advent calendar.

A spokesman for Harry and Meghan called the actions "an extraordinary lack of judgment" and "extraordinarily reckless" in a strongly worded statement. Having enrolled their children at a British school to start in September, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were forced to move them to another school just two days after they started.
And now, this move has been hit by more problems. Prince Harry previously spoke in a 2025 BBC interview about his fears for his family's safety should they ever return to the UK.

He said: "I can't see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point." These words must be haunting Harry now, at a time when he must be worried for his family.
The family has already been through so much, and it's no consolation to them at all that their children were sitting in school, unaware that two men with backpacks were waiting outside to snap a quick picture of them.
It's a thought that is surely unsettling for any parent or even for people who are not parents. Paparazzi waiting outside of a school is awful - Harry and Meghan absolutely have the right to be furious about it.
As the Sussexes go about their life in the UK, it's unlikely interest will wane in the family, especially not any time soon. Fans and critics will no doubt be keen to know what they are up to. For Harry and Meghan, I'm sure they expected it wouldn't be smooth sailing, but this paparazzi disaster could make them reconsider what their future looks like here.
Whether you love the family or loathe them, hearing of two young children put in a situation that would terrify them is not something anyone wants to see or hear about. Here's to hoping the Sussexes can settle back in and that Archie and Lilibet can enjoy their childhoods here in Harry's homeland.
