Ethan Hawke only had one task at the Oscars nominees luncheon – finding a way for his daughter Indiana to meet Jacob Elordi
The Blue Moon star shared that he'd brought his daughter Indiana, 14, as his plus-one to the event and said she was excited to meet a few people at the event
Hawke is dad to four: daughters Indiana, Clementine, 17, and Maya, 27, as well as son Levon, 24
Ethan Hawke may be getting into trouble at home if he doesn't find a way for his younger daughter to meet Jacob Elordi.
Speaking with SiriusXM's Julia Cunningham for The Julia Cunningham Show at the Oscars nominees luncheon on Tuesday, Feb. 10, the Blue Moon star, 55, revealed that he'd brought his 14-year-old daughter Indiana along as his plus-one — and she had a list of people she wanted to meet.
“You know, the truth of the matter is, what makes it fun for me is I’m bringing my youngest daughter, who’s 14. And there are so many people that she is excited to meet,” says Hawke.

“Does she want to meet Jacob Elordi?” asks Cunningham.
“Well, that’s number one,” jokes Hawke. “That is definitely number one.”
When Cunningham says that he's going to be a "star dad," the Before Sunrise alum joked that Elordi better be at the event.
“In fact, if that kid doesn’t show up, I’m in a lot of trouble,” says Hawke. “He better show up.”
“You’ll know too. He’s like 8 feet tall," says Cunningham. “I know, I know. He can’t be missed," responded Hawke.
Hawke shares his younger daughters Indiana and Clementine, 17, with wife Ryan Shawhughes Hawke. He is also dad to daughter Maya Hawke, 27, and son Levon Roan Thurman-Hawke, 24, with ex-wife Uma Thurman.

Earlier in February, Hawke stepped out to the Arlington Theatre to accept the Santa Barbara International Film Festival (SBIFF)’s American Riviera Award with his wife Ryan and their two teenage daughters by his side.
The Reality Bites star and his wife of nearly 18 years posed on the red carpet with their teenage daughters at the SBIFF event. It was a rare cameo for the teens, who do not often attend public events. While accepting the award on Feb. 6, the father of four said he felt “blessed to be” at the event, before shouting out plus-ones Indiana, Clementine and Ryan.
“And my family's here,” the actor continued. “My daughters are here, and my wife, who's my producing partner, is here, and these people take care of me, and they love me, and they make it worth doing.”
