Chrissy Teigen went fully nude to share how she incorporates her go-to skincare products into her five-minute shower routine

In a clip shared to Instagram, the star is seen cleansing her face as she showers in her luxurious bathroom

Chrissy Teigen is stripping down.

The model and cookbook author, 40, shared her five-minute shower routine in an Instagram Reel posted on Monday, April 6. In the clip, Teigen stands totally naked in the shower of her luxurious, marble-covered bathroom.

She holds up two different cleansing products to the camera before getting to work scrubbing her face, occasionally showcasing risky angles of her naked body.

"I made a little video this morning with my favorite skincare mix I’ve been doing for a little over a year now!" Teigen wrote in the caption. "A pump of @perfectskinbychristiekidd cleanser and a pump of @loved01skin exfoliator."

She continued, "As the queen of a five minute shower, I usually do this with one hand while the other has my trusty spin brush and my third hand turning up and episode of @truecrimeobsessedpodcast. Love you guys! Happy Monday 🤍"

Last month, Teigen unveiled her new short hair transformation.

In an Instagram Stories post on Wednesday, March 25, she revealed that her long locks had been chopped into a blunt bob, and her hair extensions had been removed. Tagging her hairstylist, Irinel de León, and Priscilla Valles, who does her extensions, she thanked her “babies” for her transformation.

The clip showed Teigen dressed in a sports bra while wrapped in a cozy blanket on her couch at home.

Teigen experimented with shorter hair back in 2025, when she attended the Grammys with a chic, sleek, straight, blunt bob. However, later that year, she returned to longer locks, adding extensions to her brunette mane.

The mom-of-four also went under the knife in 2025 for a “hairline lowering procedure.”

As previously reported by PEOPLE, days after sharing a video of herself with a bandaged face in the hospital in May, Teigen revealed the reason on her Instagram Stories.

“Hi friends! [A] lot of you have been wondering about my hospital pic, which is very understandable as I gave no explanation lol. I had a hairline-lowering procedure,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself showing off stitches at her hairline. “Lost a lot [of hair] in the front from babies and it’s just very thin up there,” she explained of her postpartum hair loss. “When you see it on a carpet, it’s ALWAYS extensions,” she added, explaining why she had opted to go under the knife.
