Camila Morrone is feeling the love from boyfriend Cole Bennett.
On Friday, March 27, the music video director, 29, publicly praised the actress, 28, on social media as her new Netflix horror series Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen debuted, sharing a heartfelt tribute alongside behind-the-scenes glimpses from the project.
“Never been more proud of someone,” Bennett wrote over a repost of Morrone’s latest Instagram carousel. “She is the most dedicated person I know AND she’s freakishly talented. The damn girl inspires me every day.”
He continued in his Instagram Stories message, “She gave her life to this project for many many months and now it’s finally available for the world to see.”

Bennett also saluted the rest of the team behind the series, which was released on Thursday, March 26, before adding that he “gotta show love to my laaaaady right now.”
Morrone’s own Instagram post offered a dramatic look at her new project, captioned: “SPOILER bloodbloodbloodbloodbloodbloodbloodmoreblood ” — alongside a slideshow of images featuring intense, blood-soaked scenes, on-set moments and a glimpse at her character.
Fans quickly flooded the comments section with well-wishes, while Bennett kept things simple, writing: “You’re the coolest.”
The couple, who were first linked in July 2024, have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight — making Bennett’s public show of support all the more notable.

Prior to her relationship with Bennett, Morrone dated Leonardo DiCaprio for over four years before their split in August 2022. In past interviews, the actress has spoken candidly about the scrutiny that came with the high-profile romance.
“More exposure leads to more judgment and negativity,” she told WSJ. Magazine in 2020. “It’s a little bit of a bummer because you’re really trying to do good work and be nice and be a good person, and in the meantime…people wish negative things upon you.”

Despite that, Morrone said she remains grounded in her work. “It would never take away the joy of the craft that I get to do,” she added.
She also addressed criticism surrounding her and DiCaprio's age gap in a 2019 interview with The Los Angeles Times. “There’s so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps,” Morrone said. “I just think anyone should be able to date who they want to date.”
Bennett, for his part, is a highly successful music video director who founded Lyrical Lemonade while still in high school and began directing videos for local Chicago artists. His breakout came in 2018 with Juice WRLD’s “Lucid Dreams,” and he has since worked with artists including J. Cole, Wiz Khalifa and Eminem.
He is also an artist himself. His debut album All Is Yellow, released in 2024, features collaborations with Kid Cudi, Jack Harlow and The Kid Laroi.
