Bailey Zimmerman is no longer facing criminal charges.
The country star, 26, was previously accused of causing over $16,000 in damages to a room at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, and a warrant for his arrest was issued on Thursday, June 18. He was facing a fourth-degree felony for criminal damage to property over $16,000 and a misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services — but prosecutors have now dropped the charges.
According to local outlet KRQE, the Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office said the case was dismissed after Zimmerman paid full restitution.

His lawyer reportedly said in a statement to KRQE, "Charges were dropped after Bailey took immediate responsibility for his mistake. We are grateful to the Pueblo of Sandia and the District Attorney's Office for this just and swift resolution."
PEOPLE reached out to both a rep and a lawyer for Zimmerman, as well as the Bernalillo County District Attorney's Office.
Earlier this week, Zimmerman addressed the cancellation of his May 27 show at the Sandia Resort and Casino shortly before it was meant to begin. The cancellation came one day before the establishment's housekeeping staff found over $16,000 in damage to his hotel room.
"To the Pueblo of Sandia and my fans: I want to address the events surrounding my canceled show in New Mexico in May and the reports that have followed," his statement began. "First things first, I want to apologize to the Pueblo of Sandia and to everyone at Sandia Resort & Casino. I never meant for any of this to come across as disrespectful."
Zimmerman added, "I am deeply sorry for my actions that transpired. I respect your community and the hospitality and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to perform on Native Land. I take full accountability for everything that happened and I am sorry to anyone who feels hurt or disrespected."
Directing his attention to the fans who bought tickets to the canceled performance, Zimmerman continued, "I am so sorry, you deserved better from me. I understand that being a musician comes with big responsibilities, both on and off stage, and I know that I fell short that day. I am reflecting on the disappointment and concern that I caused."

His statement concluded, "I am taking this legal matter seriously. I am committed to doing the work necessary to learn and grow. Thank you to my fans for holding me accountable and for understanding that I am human. I do not take your support for granted."
According to an affidavit for the arrest warrant obtained by PEOPLE, Zimmerman "appeared to be exhibiting signs of intoxication" in interactions with staff and during his sound check.
He allegedly "stumbled onto the stage" at 4:30 p.m. on May 27 and hit a guitar on the ground "before tripping over the stage and falling backward," per the document. He allegedly threw two cymbals, kicked a drum set, pushed a guitarist and threw a microphone on the floor before "angrily" exiting the stage.

As he went to the SUV waiting for him, according to the affidavit, Zimmerman "spit toward a Sandia security officer standing nearby" and first refused to get in the car due to its color. He then "was seen stumbling down the hallway toward his room" after returning from sound check with blood visible on his left knee, per the document.
The artist was allegedly given a deadline to leave the property, but became "disorderly," which led to a call to the Sandia Police. According to the affidavit, he eventually left.
In the morning on May 28, housekeeping discovered a broken phone, damaged TV, chairs and coffee table, two missing chairs and a hole in the wall in his hotel room, per the affidavit. He also allegedly did not pay a $400 alcohol bill charged to his room.
Following multiple failed attempts to contact Zimmerman, according to the resort, a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Upon the show's cancellation, Zimmerman told fans he plans to reschedule the shows slated for May 27 and May 30.
