In an interview with Elle, The Odyssey costar Matt Damon revealed that the director, who rarely gave overt praise while filming, didn't hesitate when it came to her: "Zendaya... did this amazing scene, and he said, 'Cut.' And then he went, 'Perfect.' And literally, Tom [Holland] and I were obsessed with this. She got a 'perfect'? I've never even gotten a 'great.' She got a 'perfect'?"

Dune costar Timothée Chalamet has described Zendaya as "mega-inspiring." According to People, the two became friends on set, and Chalamet didn't hold back any compliments, saying, "She was like a breath of fresh air."

During a recent conversation at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, Davidson praised Preston's behind-the-scenes presence and collaborative spirit: "Carrie sets the tone, and she is an incredible scene partner. And not only is she such a gifted actor, but she is also so generous of spirit, and she makes all of the actors who come onto set feel totally welcome, which is an unusual thing."

Executive producer and director Ryan Murphy worked with Brown on American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson, and in an interview with IndieWire, he raved about his talent and character. "[Sterling] comes prepared to win. He has every line memorized ... He's an incredible role model, and I think Sterling is also somebody who can do anything," he said. "I think that’s another thing that people sense about him, is he's just grateful, and humble as a person, and incredibly fun to hang with as well."

I feel like there was so much funny stuff that we did that didn't make it in. There's always going to be gag reel stuff for Paul." She also added, "...I was chatting with him at the after-party last night, and he's just very kind. He does give me advice and talk to me about the film, and it's really kind."
